Booking Policy/ Terms of Service

1. You must be over 18 to book a service.

2. Medical disclaimer - this service is for informational/educational purposes only, you are advised to seek out the care of a medical professional in all instances. We will only provide guidance and general information on conditions based on the information you provide us, but accept no liability where you have not sought the confirmation of a registered medical professional. Any diagnosis or treatment is speculative and at your own risk.

3. Attending & Amending your appointment - changes cancellations are permitted via booking site up to 24 hours before the service. After this point the full payment will be retained. Late arrivals/no shows - Your service may be amended/ cancelled if you arrive more than 10m late, this is at the sole discretion of the provider.

4. We ask that you avoid bringing extra guests where possible, 1 guest is allowed during consultations however it may not be possible for them to stay during any styling services.
